Annual Fairview Lights Up to be held next week

The Fairview Community invites the public to attend the 26th annual Fairview Lights Up celebration from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 12.

Visitors can stop at Van’s Electric to meet Santa, then visit Holthaus Autohaus, Votruba Archery and other businesses for specials.

A nativity display, sponsored by St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, will be featured at the Community Center. Vendors also will be set up at the Community Center.

There will be customer appreciation drawings, and the Fairview Willing Workers 4-H Club will have a drawing for two hogs and processing.

A light meal will be served by the Fairview Willing Workers 4-H Club with cheesecake offered by the Fairview United Church of Christ Guild.

Topping the evening off will be a Poker Run. Entry forms can be picked up at the Community Center.
