Law Enforcement Report: Nemaha County Sheriff

Felina M. Ibarra, 28, of Sabetha was arrested on Nov. 27 by the Nemaha County Sheriff’s Office (NMSO) on a Nemaha County warrant for failure to appear. Ibarra remains in custody with bond set at $10,000.

Michael Vogel was released on Nov. 27 on time served.

Kristy I. Anderson, 33, of Seneca was arrested on Nov. 29 by the Seneca Police Department (PD) on a Brown County warrant for giving a worthless check. She was released on Nov. 29 on a $315 cash bond with a court date of Dec. 19 at 9:30 a.m.

Kylar M. Daily, 34, of Sabetha was arrested on Nov. 30 by the Sabetha PD for violation of a protection order. Daily remains in custody.

Faiqu Nawid, 33, of Sabetha was arrested on Dec. 2 by the Sabetha PD for domestic battery. He remains in custody with bond set at $2,500.

Incident Responses

NMSO has received multiple reports of burglary and criminal damage to property, and an arson in the city of Centralia on Nov. 30 between 3 a.m. and 6:30 a.m. During that time frame, the Nemaha County Recycling Trailer was set on fire; tires were slashed on a vehicle; three separate vehicles were stolen and abandoned; and a window was broken on a residence. NMSO is continuing the investigation of these incidents and has not yet established a total dollar amount for damages.
