Penny A. Powell, 37, of Marysville was booked into the Nemaha County Jail on Dec. 11 on a Seneca municipal warrant for failure to appear. She was released on Dec. 11 on a $300 cash bond with a court date of Dec. 18 at 5 p.m.
Daisy M. Osborne, 37, of Seneca was arrested on Dec. 12 by the Seneca Police Department (PD) for the offenses of distribution of methamphetamine and use of a communication facility to commit a felony drug violation. She remains in custody with a bond set at $75,000.
Ronald Brooks Jr., 38, of Sabetha was arrested on Dec. 12 by the Sabetha PD on charges of criminal trespass and possession of a controlled substance. Brooks remains in custody. Bond is set at $75,000 cash/surety.
Matthew Gifford, 40, of Sabetha was arrested on Dec. 13 by the Nemaha County Sheriff’s Office (NMSO) on a Nemaha County warrant for distribution of methamphetamine and unlawful use of a communication facility. Bond is set at $50,000 cash/surety.
Jacob Clary, 32, of Sabetha was released on Dec. 13. Court is set for Dec. 19 at 4 p.m.
Cody A. George, 42, of Sioux Falls, S.D. was arrested on Dec. 13 by the NMSO for the offenses of possession of stolen property, transporting an open container and possession of a controlled substance. He is also being held on a Lancaster County, Neb., warrant for robbery and use of a firearm to commit a felony. George remains in custody.
John L. Dale, 64, of Seneca was arrested on Dec. 15 by the Seneca PD for the offenses of possession of methamphetamine and paraphernalia. He remains in custody.
