Law Enforcement Report: Nemaha County Sheriff
Shane A. Smith, 46, of Seneca was arrested on Aug. 9 by the Seneca Police Department on a Seneca Municipal warrant for probation violation. Smith was released on Aug. 10 on a $2,500 surety bond with a court date of Aug. 18 at 4 p.m.
Karmen A. Karns, 44, of Circleville was arrested on Aug. 10 by the Nemaha County Sheriff’s Office (NMSO) for the offense of domestic battery. K. Karns was released on Aug. 12 on a $2,500 cash bond with a court date of Aug. 31 at 9:30 a.m.
Camillia A. Karns, 40, of Circleville was arrested on Aug. 10 by the NMSO for the offense of domestic battery. C. Karns was released on Aug. 11 on a $2,500 own recognizance (OR) bond with a court date of Sept. 7 at 9:30 a.m.
Reginald Scott Jr. was released on a $50,000 OR bond on Aug. 10 with a court date of Sept. 23 at 9:30 a.m.
Randy A. Davis, 36, of Oneida was booked into the Nemaha County Jail on Aug. 11 on a Nemaha County warrant for driving while suspended, driving a vehicle without liability insurance and illegal registration. Davis was released on Aug. 11 on a $2,500 OR bond with a court date of Aug. 31 at 9:30 a.m.
On Saturday, Aug. 7, Robert J. Morris, 22, of Circleville was traveling southbound on W Road following GPS directions and he drove through the T intersection at 16th Road, hitting debris on the roadside. He was driving a 2003 Dodge Stratus. Damage was estimated at more than $1,000.
