ARRESTS

Anthony D. Gray was released to the custody of Kansas Department of Corrections on Oct. 2.

Dylan L. Palmer, 33, of Pawnee City, Neb., was arrested on Oct. 2 by the Seneca Police Department on a Gage County, Neb., warrant for failure to appear on felony possession of controlled substances and shoplifting. Palmer remains in custody awaiting extradition.

Carrie L. Abram, 33, of Topeka was arrested on Oct. 4 by the Nemaha County Sheriff’s Office for the offense of driving while suspended. She is also in custody on failure to appear warrants from Washington and Ottawa County warrants. Abram remains in custody.

Jason T. Fisher, 39, of Topeka was arrested on Oct. 4 by the Seneca Police Department for the offenses of possession of methamphetamine, transporting an open container and driving while suspended. He is also in custody on a Shawnee County warrant for probation violation. Fisher remains in custody.

REPORTED CRIMES / INCIDENT RESPONSES:

Sometime between 9 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 22, and 8 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 23, an unknown individual broke into the residence at 110 S. West Street in Bern and removed grocery items totaling $26.
