Not even a full month into autumn, and the Sabetha area has experienced its first sticking snowfall. Rapidly dropping temperatures and precipitation Sunday night, October 14, into Monday, October 15, resulted in one to two inches of hardened snow on Monday morning. Weather is expected to warm back into the 60s this week.
