ARRESTS

Nicholas S. Peeples was released to the custody of Marshall County on Oct. 25.

Jacob Feldkamp was released from custody on Oct. 25. Subject to Probation.

Gary N. Roose was released on Oct. 25 on $2,500 own recognizance bond with a court date of Nov. 29 at 9:30 a.m. He was released to the custody of Marshall County.

Kylar M. Daily, 33, of Sabetha was arrested on Oct. 25 by Sabetha PD for the offense of criminal threat. He was released on Oct. 26 on a $1,500 cash bond. Court is set for Nov. 15 at 4 p.m.

Frederick Hundley, 54, of Bern was arrested by NMSO on Oct. 26 on charges of criminal threat. He was released on Oct. 18 on a $5,000 surety bond. Court is set for Nov. 6 at 10 a.m.

REPORTED CRIMES/INCIDENT RESPONSES

Sometime between 8:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 25, and 8:57 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 27, an unknown individual stole a 2005 Chevrolet Blazer from 1037 P Road in Goff. Vehicle was recovered with an unknown amount of damage.
