Randall D. Kaster, 48, of Dubois, Neb., was arrested on May 27 by Seneca Police Department for the offenses of driving while suspended, driving under the influence and interference with a law enforcement officer. Kaster remains in custody with bond set at $7,000.
Eric J. Brock, 35, of Topeka was booked into the Nemaha County Jail on May 28 on a Nemaha County warrant for failure to appear with bond set at $35,000. He’s also being held on an Allen County Bench warrant with bond set at $500.
Andrew J. Tryon, 36, of Topeka was arrested on May 28 by the Nemaha County Sheriff’s Office (NMSO) for the offense of driving while suspended. Tryon was released on $2,000 surety bond on May 29 with a court date of June 15 at 9:30 a.m.
Brock A. Baker-Odell, 30, of Morganville was arrested on May 31 by NMSO for the offense of driving while habitual. He remains in custody with bond set at $2,500.
Krystal D. Trimble, 40, of Marysville was arrested by the Nemaha County Sheriff’s Office (NMSO) on June 1 for the offenses of driving under the influence, battery and battery on law enforcement officer. She was released on June 2 on $2,000 bond with a court date of June 22 at 9:30 a.m.
Kevin D. Peaser, 24, of Axtell was arrested by the NMSO on May 29 for the offense of driving under the influence. He was released on $1,000 bond on May 29 with a court date of June 22 at 9:30 a.m.
Brock A. Baker-Odell was released on June 4 on $2,500 own recognizance (OR) bond with a court date of July 6 at 10 a.m.
Randall Kaster was released on $7,000 surety bond on June 2 with a court date of June 16 at 5 p.m.
Gary Toney was released by the court on time served on June 3.
Jason J. Coffee, 44, of Gig Harbor, Wash., was arrested on June 4 by the NMSO for the offenses of driving while suspended and fleeing or attempting to elude law enforcement officer. He was also arrested on a Marysville Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear. Coffee was released on June 6 on $2,750 OR bond for local charges with a court date of June 29 at 9:30 a.m. and $2,000 OR bond for the municipal warrant.
At 1 a.m. Saturday, May 22, Daren Ronnebaum, 33, of Seneca was traveling northbound on J4 Road, 1/4 mile north of U.S. Highway 36, when he left the roadway striking a culvert. Ronnebaum was driving a 2016 Ford pickup. Damage was estimated at more than $1,000.
At 7:40 a.m. Monday, May 24, Grant A. Evans, 22, of Seneca was stopped at the intersection of Kansas Highway 63 and U.S. Highway 36 (east junction) facing northbound. Curtis L. Kimberlin, 65, of St. Joseph was traveling westbound on U.S. Highway 36 and made a left hand turn onto Kansas Highway 63, striking Evans’ vehicle with the trailer he was pulling. Evans was driving a 2012 Ford pickup, and Kimberlin was driving a 1997 Kenworth pulling a trailer. Damage was estimated at less than $1,000.
At 9:42 a.m. Tuesday, May 25, Sierra Dekoning, 16, of Falls City, Neb., was traveling eastbound on U.S. Highway 36, 200 feet west of H Road, when her tire blew, causing damage to her vehicle. Dekoning was driving a 2011 Chevrolet Equinox. Damage was estimated at more than $1,000.
At 6:38 a.m. Monday, May 31, Brock Baker-Odell, 30, of Morganville was traveling southbound on Kansas Highway 63, 0.2 mile north of 16th Road, when he lost control on the slick roadway, left the road and struck a driveway. He was driving a 2011 Nissan Versa. Damage was estimated at more than $1,000.
