The Stateliners met outside the Bern community building for its June meeting, and enjoyed the fresh air.

The meeting was opened by three fist slams on a book by the president as we had no gavel. The roll call was, “What you plan to do this summer?” There were lots of ideas.

Haven Knapp gave a parliamentary timed quiz on paper to see how much we know on running a meeting.

Stephen Knapp gave a project talk on some different kinds of animals that he saw in Alaska and Wyoming.

Luke Renyer gave a project talk on different kinds of metals used in welding. Did you know that you can cut metal with water? For recreation we ran a short foot race. The meeting was adjourned and refreshments were served by the Knapp family.
