The Fairview City Council met in special session at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 8, at the Fairview Community Building. Present for the meeting were Mayor Art Vonderschmidt, council members Steve Holthaus and Doug Bletscher, council member Charlie Kramer via phone, and secretary Christine Rosenberger. Jessica McCulloch was the only guest present.

The council met for the purpose of amending Resolution 2022-01, which was approved on Thursday, Feb. 3. The council voted unanimously to approve the amended version of Resolution 2022-01 for the Industrial Revenue Bonds, which were approved from the Keim Travel Plaza Project. The changes to the Resolution included changing “Keim Boys, LLC” to “Manatawny Properties, LLC,” and the maximum amount listed in the resolution changed from $5 million to $6 million.

The next regular Fairview City Council meeting will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday, March 3, at the Fairview Community Building.
