Three Cardinals receive postseason honors

Wetmore athletes earning postseason honors for the 2021-22 winter sports season are (L-R) Kyler Wommack, Kenzie Strathman and Braden Henry.

Three Wetmore Cardinals earned postseason honors for their contributions during the 2021-22 basketball season.

Senior Kenzie Strathman was named All Twin Valley League First Team and Sports in Kansas Second Team All State.

Senior Braden Henry was named All Twin Valley League First Team and Sports in Kansas Second Team All State.

Junior Kyler Wommack was named All Twin Valley League Second Team.

The Wetmore girls’ team went 5-17 overall for the season. The Wetmore boys’ basketball team went 14-8 overall for the season.
