On Friday, May 6, April Gaines received her Doctorate degree in Healthcare Leadership and Education from Nebraska Methodist College in Omaha, Neb.

April is a Sabetha High School Alumni. She received her undergraduate degree in Nursing from Bryan College of Health Sciences and her masters in Nursing Leadership fom the University of Nebraska Medical Center.

She currently resides in Lincoln, Neb., with her husband, Brian; and two sons, Kaleb and Mason.

April is the daughter of Debbie and the late Larry Rilinger of Morrill.
