Bravos defeat Blues, 13-9

The Sabetha Bravos were looking to add a win to their record when they welcomed the Baldwin City Blues on Monday, June 13, to Somerset Field. The Bravos jumped out to an early lead that they never relinquished. They would eventually win, 13-9.

Sabetha scored four runs in the first inning to take the early lead, while the Blues finally got one run on the board in the top of the second. The Bravos managed to extend their lead by another five runs in the bottom of the second. The Blues slowly worked to add runs throughout the game, but the Bravos offense and defense kept them at bay to secure the 13-9 win.
