Kelly Girton of Sabetha shared about his hobby of scuba diving during the Mary Cotton Public Library’s third week of Picnic in the Park on Wednesday, June 15. There were approximately 120 people in attendance.

During the presentation, Girton had a television present, which showed videos and pictures he had taken during some of his scuba diving expeditions. He also had multiple pieces of scuba diving equipment present for attendees to view.

The next Picnic in the Park event will be held at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, June 22, with guest Lucas Arnold with the Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks. Arnold will be presenting on water safety.
