Raptors defeat Oskaloosa 7-3

The Sabetha Raptors hosted Oskaloosa at Somerset Park on Friday, June 17, and the Raptors captured the game despite only getting four hits in the contest. Oskaloosa committed seven errors in the game, which aided the Raptors in the 7-3 victory. 

The Raptors scored three runs in the bottom of the first inning and added two more in the bottom of the second, and were able to hold off Oskaloosa. Tristan Wittwer went two for three at the plate to lead Sabetha.

Will Ulrich took the mound for Sabetha and turned in a solid performance pitching four innings, allowing two runs on six hits with four strikeouts and three walks. Chase Frey closed out the five inning contest and allowed no runs on no hits and two walks.
