Freshman Charlie Lukert has been a front runner and a team leader in his first high school experience in cross country. Lukert finished third at the Horton meet on Thursday, September 29, running the course in 17 minutes, 57.42 seconds in a field of 72 male athletes from 15 different schools being represented.
