Sabetha High School hosted 11 area schools at the varsity scholars bowl on Tuesday, Nov. 15, in Sabetha. In round robin action, Rock Creek received the win, followed by Holton in second, Hiawatha in third and Marysville took fourth place.

Schools in the Blue Pool were Axtell, Sabetha, Hiawatha, Marysville, Horton and Jackson Heights.

Axtell went 2-3, defeating Jackson Heights and Horton.

Sabetha went 2-3, defeating Axtell and Jackson Heights.

Hiawatha went 4-1, defeating Axtell, Sabetha, Horton and Jackson Heights.

Marysville went 4-1, defeating Axtell, Sabetha, Hiawatha and Jackson Heights.

Horton went 3-2, defeating Sabetha, Marysville and Jackson Heights.

White Pool

Schools in the White Pool were Nemaha Central, Wetmore, Riverside, Rock Creek, ACCHS and Holton.
