Brown County Sheriff 

On Monday, Nov. 21, based on an investigation by the Brown County Sheriff’s Office, Clyde Craine, 18, of Hiawatha was arrested on charges of unlawful voluntary sexual relations with a child between the ages of 14 and 16 years.
