Prairie Hills USD No. 113 Superintendent Todd Evans, left, accepts a $2,390 donation from Jerry Grimm, right, for Sabetha Elementary School. The funds were raised through the Grimm Poker Run, which was held on Saturday, February 18. The funds are designated for students at Sabetha Elementary School. This is the fifth year for the Grimm Poker Run. The first year, the funds were donated to the Aric Erdley family, who lost their house in a fire. The second year, the funds were donated to Sabetha High School. The third year, the funds were donated to Sabetha Middle School, and the fourth year the funds went to Sabetha Elementary School. Sponsors for this year’s Poker Run were AG Partners, Keim TS, Bruna Implement, Extru-tech, Berwick Oil, United Bank and Trust, Garrett Country Mart and Hack’s Meat Shack.
