At 2:11 p.m. Saturday, May 20, the Sabetha Fire Department (SFD) was called out to the Paul Tedman residence at 1313 Berwick Road to a skid loader fire. According to SFD Chief Jim Johnson, Tedman was having Tim Fischer of Robinson complete some work at his residence when the skid loader caught on fire in the engine compartment. The dollar amount in damages was not known at that time. The SFD was back at the barn at 2:41 p.m.
