Kimberly Race, 45, of Portage, Ind., was arrested on May 25 by the Nemaha County Sheriff’s Office on charges of driving while suspended. Race was released on the same day on a $250 cash bond. Court is set for June 27 at 9:30 a.m.

At 8:55 p.m. Monday, May 22, Elizabeth Holthaus, 69, of Seneca was traveling northbound on Kansas Highway 187, 0.2 mile south of 112th Road, when she struck a deer. Holthaus was driving a 2017 Chevrolet Trax. Damage was estimated at more than $1,000.
At 9:50 p.m. Monday, May 22, Kenneth J. Wetter, 64, of Marysville was traveling westbound on U.S. Highway 36, 0.2 mile east of H Road, when he struck a deer. He was driving a 2017 Chevrolet Tahoe. Damage was estimated at more than $1,000.
At 5:50 a.m. Tuesday, May 23, Henry Ruiz, 43, of Topeka was attempting to navigate the curve on 216th Road, 0.1 mile west of V Road, when his vehicle left the roadway and rolled over. Ruiz was driving a 2013 Nissan Versa. Damage was estimated at more than $1,000.
At 10:41 a.m. Tuesday, May 23, Justin L. Stallbaumer, 46, of Corning was traveling westbound on 56th Road just east of H Road. Dalton T. Miller, 18, of Corning also was traveling westbound following Stallbaumer and attempted to pass, causing the vehicles to collide. Stallbaumer was driving a 1998 John Deere tractor, and Miller was driving a 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan. Damage was estimated at more than $1,000.
At 12:01 a.m. Wednesday, May 24, Abram Keim, 16, of Seneca was traveling northbound on D Road, 0.1 mile south of 176th Road, when he struck a mailbox. Keim was driving a 2003 Ford Mustang. Damage was estimated at more than $1,000.
At 7:43 a.m. Thursday, May 25, Matthew H. W. Curtis, 21, of Forrest City, Mo., was traveling westbound on U.S. Highway 36, 0.2 mile east of S Road, when he struck a deer. Curtis was driving a 2005 Chevy Silverado. Damage was estimated at more than $1,000.
