If you are looking for something to do next week, mark your calendars for the annual U.S. Highway 36 Treasure Hunt. The annual event will be held Thursday, Sept. 14, through Saturday, Sept. 16, stretching border to border across Kansas — that is 400 miles of antiques, estate and garage sales!

In conjunction with the U.S. Highway 36 Treasure Hunt, the City of Sabetha will have its Citywide Garage Sales.

Local maps will be available to download on Wednesday, Sept. 13, from the Chamber’s website at www.sabethachamber.com, and some printed maps will be available at City Hall. For more information about the Treasure Hunt, visit http://www.ushwy36.com/.

Individuals interested in having sales included on the local map only, may contact the Sabetha Chamber of Commerce by Friday, Sept. 8. The registration fee is $10. Registration forms can be downloaded from www.sabethachamber.com.
