At approximately 5 p.m. Sept. 17, Brown County deputies located Timothy Pahmahmie, 44, of Horton in the vicinity of 1100 Dewberry Road in Brown County. Pahmahmie was arrested without incident on a $100,000 felony warrant for aggravated battery, driving under the influence, failure to yield, and driving while license canceled, suspended or revoked.
