Calling all ghosts, goblins and ghastly ghouls

Herald Report

Once again this year, the Sabetha Police Department (SPD) and Sabetha Chamber of Commerce are teaming up to offer area families with a Spook-tacular Trick or Treat experience.

The annual Sabetha Trick or Treat on Main Street event is set for Tuesday, Oct. 31, beginning at 4 p.m. with a Spook-tacular Storytime at the Mary Cotton Public Library.

Trick-or-Treating begins at 4:30 p.m. on Sabetha’s Main Street. Downtown businesses and other local organizations will offer treats until 5:30 p.m.

Parents and/or guardians are asked to bring children to Sabetha City Hall first to receive a treat bag from an SPD officer, then proceed westward down the south side of Main Street, crossing at 12th Street and walking eastward back toward City Hall.
