Turning in medications, April statistics

On Tuesday, April 30, I delivered the collected unwanted, unused and expired medications to the DEA in St. Joseph, Mo. More than 200 pounds were signed over to the DEA for disposal. With the Brown County Sheriff’s Office being a 24/7 collection site, we are able to remove these drugs from potential overdose or misuse from the community.

I appreciate you all for your participation in turning in these medications.
