Thirty-five scholarship winners for the 2025-26 school year were recognized during the annual Kansas Livestock Association (KLA) Convention on Nov. 19 in Manhattan. A total of $39,500 was presented by the Kansas Livestock Foundation (KLF) and its partners.

The $1,500 Grass & Grain Scholarship was awarded to Adelaide Haverkamp, the daughter of Neal and Marya Haverkamp from Bern. She is a freshman at K-State majoring in agricultural communications. Funds for this scholarship were raised through the donation of an advertising package auctioned at the 2024 KLA Convention.
