A temporary detour will be in place on Main Street from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 12, to accommodate the delivery and installation of a $2.5 million milling machine at the Wenger facility.

Due to the size of the equipment — measuring 38 feet in length — special rigging is required for unloading and installation.

To ensure safety, the City of Sabetha will temporarily block Main Street traffic between Sixth and Eighth streets during installation. Motorists are asked to follow posted detour signs.

The city appreciates the public’s cooperation during this one-day project.
