Trevon D. Judge, 27, of Seneca was arrested on Jan. 22 by the Nemaha County Sheriff’s Office for the offenses of possession of marijuana and interference with law enforcement. He was released on Jan. 23 on a $3,250 cash bond with a court date of Feb. 24 at 9:30 a.m.

Ashley D. Pack, 30, of Sabetha was arrested on Jan. 23 by the Sabetha Police Department on a Sabetha Municipal bench warrant for bond violation. She remains in custody with bond set at $2,500.

At noon on Saturday, Jan. 10, Aaron J. Young, 48, of Seneca was traveling southbound on Kansas Highway 236, 0.1 mile north of U.S. Highway 36, when the vehicle had a mechanical malfunction, causing disabling damage. He was driving a 1970 Jeep. More than $1,000 in damage was estimated.

At 7:55 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 22, Josey L. Garber, 27, of Oneida was traveling southbound on Kansas Highway 236, just north of 160th Road, when she struck a turkey. She was driving a 2014 Chevrolet Silverado. More than $1,000 in damage was estimated.
