Calling all boo-tiful costumes for some sweet fun!
There will be a couple opportunities for children to participate in trick-or-treating in Sabetha.
Main Street
Once again, the Sabetha Police Department (SPD) and Sabetha Chamber of Commerce are teaming up to sponsor area families with another Fright-tastic Trick or Treat experience.
The annual Sabetha Trick or Treat on Main Street event is set for Friday, Oct. 30, with a Spooktacular Storytime kicking off the event at the Mary Cotton Public Library at 4 p.m.
Trick-or-Treating begins at 4:30 p.m. on Sabetha’s Main Street. Downtown businesses and other local organizations will offer treats until 5:30 p.m.
Parents and/or guardians are asked to bring children to Sabetha City Hall to receive a treat bag from an SPD officer, and then proceed westward down the south side of Main Street, crossing at 12th Street and walking eastward back toward City Hall.
Sabetha Manor
The Sabetha Manor will be sponsoring Trunk or Treat in the Sabetha Manor Parking Lot on Friday, Oct. 30, from 4 to 6 p.m.
In case of inclement weather, trick-or-treating will be held in the living room.
